Sydtotal AB is primarily a ventilation business, although also offers general contracting in heating, electricity, plumbing, sanitation and cooling. The company's registered office is in Malmö, but it also has operations in locations across southern and central Sweden (Ystad, Helsingborg, Växjö, Jönköping, Luleå, Kalix, Stockholm, Västerås and Borlänge). The Ystad office is a branch of Sydtotal AB, while the other offices operate as subsidiaries managed by locally based contractors. Sydtotal AB also owns the manufacturing company Totalplåt, whose core business is the production of ventilation ducting and other ventilation components. The subsidiary Sydtotal HVAC AB conducts foreign projects. Sydtotal services construction and real estate businesses, local and central government, as well as manufacturing, wholesale and retail companies in Sweden and foreign countries.
