21 Grams acquires Mailworld Group
21 Grams provides smart communication solutions for physical and digital post and mobile payments. The company is a leader in the sorting software and postage and the electronic distribution of business documents and direct mail advertising.
21 Grams acquires 100% of the shares in Mailworld Group and becomes the leader in international and office mail.
Mailworld Group includes MailWorld AB, one of the Nordic region’s largest independent suppliers of international mail and parcels with worldwide distribution, and Mailworld Office AB, a Swedish certified postal operator that focuses on office mail and unsorted domestic mail.
The merger will give customers of 21 Grams and Mailworld access to a wider range of physical and digital postal services, and continued focus on simplicity and price-efficiency.

Louise Nilsson is Partner and CEO. In addition to leading and developing Priveq, she is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, in which Priveq will contribute with growth and value creation as well as implement growth strategies in cooperation with other owners, the board and management.
Since Louise joined Priveq in 1998, she has, among others, been responsible for the ownership in Carmel Pharma, Hemtex, Swedish Orphan International and Vårdapoteket. She is currently a Director of the Boards in 21 Grams, ByggPartner i Dalarna, CSAM Health, Metenova and Ports Group.
Prior to Priveq, Louise worked as chartered accountant for ÖhrlingsCoopers & Lybrand (current PwC) for nine years, with responsibility for small and medium-sized owner-led companies.
Louise holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Luleå University.
