Priveq portfolio company Sunds Fibertech has acquired Advanced Cyclone Systems (ACS). ACS is a Portuguese company specializing in advanced cyclone air filters with several patents for emission and particle separation.
The acquisition of ACS, together with the previous acquisition of Lübke, is part of the expansion of Sunds Fibertech’s new Air and Environmental segment and positions the company to meet the growing demand for emission control solutions in the particleboard and other process industries.
