Senai joined Priveq in 2012 and he currently sits on the boards of Industri-Matematik and Swemac and is deputy member of the board of 4C Strategies.
Before joining Priveq, Senai worked with equity research at ABG Sundal Collier. He has an M.Sc. in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.
Martin joined Priveq in 2019 and is currently a deputy member of ROL. He has previously worked in corporate finance at Deloitte and Danske Bank. Martin holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a major in Corporate and Financial Management from Lund University.
Before joining Priveq in 2005, Helena worked as an auditor at Previsor Revisionsbyrå.
She holds a B.Sc. in Economics with a major in Accounting from Stockholm University.
Rebecka joined Priveq in 2022 and has previously worked as an Equity Research Analyst at ABG Sundal Collier and before that at Avanza's stock market newspaper Placera. Rebecka holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics with specialization in finance from Linköping University.
Magnus started working with private equity in 1987 and was one of the founders of Priveq in 1998. His investment work includes being responsible for Priveq’s ownership in Gibeck, Hörnell, FM Mattsson Mora Group and Novaseptic. Magnus is currently a director of the board of Metenova and deputy member of the board of Swemac.
Before starting Priveq, Magnus worked with private equity at Företagskapital and worked at Wallenius Lines as Controller.
He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at McGill University in Montreal.
Mats joined Priveq in 2003 and currently sits on the boards of Caybon, QleanAir and Verisec.
Before joining Priveq, Mats worked for Aragon Fondkommission. He holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
Henrik joined Priveq in 2010 and he currently sits on the boards of Danfo, Ports Group, ROL and Sunds Fibertech.
Before joining Priveq, Henrik worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business, with a major in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics.
Johan joined Priveq in 2006 and his work includes the investments in Mediplast, San Sac and Scanmast. Johan is currently a director of the board of Lamiflex.
Before joining Priveq, Johan worked at Swedbank Corporate Finance. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and an LL.M. from the University of Lund.
Fanny joined Priveq in 2016 and is currently a member of the boards of Equestrian Stockholm, Parfym.se and Trendhim, and a deputy member of the board of Frontit. Fanny has previously worked in corporate finance at Handelsbanken and most recently with real estate transactions at Cushman & Wakefield. She has also worked with M & A at Crédit Agricole in Paris and has a BSc in Business and Economics and a MSc in Business and Economics, specialization in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Maria joined Priveq in 2012. Before that, she worked as assistant to the investment team at Investor Growth Capital.
Since Louise joined Priveq in 1998, she has, among other investments, been responsible for the ownership in Carmel Pharma, CSAM Health, Hemtex, Swedish Orphan International and Vårdapoteket. She is currently a director of the boards of FrostPharma, Industri-Matematik, Metenova, Plint and Ports Group.
Before joining Priveq, Louise worked for nine years as a chartered accountant for ÖhrlingsCoopers & Lybrand (now PwC), with responsibility for small and medium-sized owner-led companies.
Louise holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Luleå University.
Daniel joined Priveq in 2020 and is currently a deputy member of the board of Industri-Matematik. He has previously worked with M&A at Grant Thornton. Before that he worked with Business Development and M&A at Attendo. Daniel holds an M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at Smith School of Business, Canada.
Maria joined Priveq in 2010 and is currently a director of the boards of Lamiflex and Parfym.se.
Before joining Priveq, Maria worked with Corporate Finance at Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Erik Penser Bank.
Johanna joined Priveq in 2007 and she is currently a director of the boards of Caybon, Plint and Trendhim.
Johanna holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration with a major in International Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. She has also studied at National University of Singapore and Umeå University.
Henrik started working with private equity in 1990 and was one of the founders of Priveq in 1998. He has, among other things, been responsible for the ownership in Boomerang, Carema, Mediplast, ReadSoft and Sydtotal. He is currently a director of the boards of Equestrian Stockholm and Frontit.
Prior to joining Priveq, Henrik worked with private equity at Skandia Investment and Skandia Kapitalförvaltning.
He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law.
Since Karl-Johan joined Priveq in 1998, he has been responsible for Scandinavian Photo, Sydtotal, San Sac, Unisport Scandinavia and Crem International. He is currently a director of the boards of Danfo, FrostPharma and Sunds Fibertech.
He holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law and La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. Karl-Johan also studied Business Intelligence at Stockholm University.
Jakob started at Priveq 2018 and has previously worked as an accountant at PwC and as a consultant in the financial sector at Ernst & Young.
He holds a degree in Economics from Uppsala University and has also completed semesters at Inje University, South Korea, and Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, the Netherlands.
