After more than seven years as the principal owner of Unisport Scandinavia AB, Priveq Investment, along with the other owners, has entered into an agreement to divest Unisport to the Finnish investor Vaaka Partners. Under the deal, Unisport will merge with synthetic grass specialist Saltex Oy.
