Priveq Investment Fund IV (”Priveq Investment”) will, through the holding company CSAM Invest AS, inject capital in CSAM Health AS (”CSAM”), a leading provider of software to healthcare providers in Norway and Sweden. The company’s founders and management will together with other employee shareholders maintain a majority ownership in the company, where Priveq’s injection of capital will provide CSAM with further opportunities to continue its successful expansion.
CSAM is a well-managed and profitable company that has experienced strong and profitable growth. The company offers software to healthcare providers in Norway, Sweden and the UK, with a focus within oncology and maternity treatment areas, as well as providing a platform that enables interaction between healthcare software solutions. The company was founded by the current CEO in 2007 and has exhibited a solid and profitable growth for the last four years, both organically and through acquisitions. For the fiscal year ending 2013, CSAM had sales of around 84 MNOK. CSAM’s head office is located in Oslo, Norway and the company has 70 employees in total.
