Qevirp 41 Limited (a company owned by Priveq Investment Fund IV L.P.) has received and accepted a bid for 1,800,000 of its shares in QleanAir AB. Following this transaction, Qevirp 41 Limited will own 1,612,359 shares in QleanAir AB.
